Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures.

Take time to honor the rhythm of the season with this soothing blend of gentle yoga and restorative postures. Designed to support your body and mind through seasonal transitions, this class invites you to slow down, soften, and restore. Gentle movement will prepare the body, followed by longer-held restorative poses to release tension and encourage deep rest.
A bolster will be provided for your comfort. For added coziness and support, we recommend bringing your own blanket.

Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga (Baby Friendly)
All stages of pregnancy, postpartum, and babies up to 9 months are welcome!
This all-levels class, open to all trimesters and postpartum stages, offers a blend of strengthening, relaxation, mindfulness, breath work, and body awareness.
Prenatal yoga helps prepare your body and mind for pregnancy, birth, and recovery. Practicing yoga postpartum offers numerous benefits, supporting a new mother’s physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Practicing yoga with your baby can strengthen the emotional and physical bond between parent and child.
Expect a relaxed and supportive environment where you can connect with other pregnant and postpartum women.
Please bring a yoga mat and any props you prefer to support your pregnancy or postpartum journey. We have blocks and bolsters available to borrow. We recommend bringing a blanket or towel for prenatal support or to place your baby on.

If you're expecting, we suggest that you reach out to us to book a private lesson with one of our prenatal teachers. A prenatal teacher can show you modifications for postures to accommodate a safe practice through your pregnancy

- The energetic foundations of Yin Yoga, including Meridian Theory and chakra balancing
- Detailed breakdowns of common Yin Yoga poses, including variations and contraindications

Mid-Winter Reset through Restorative Yoga, Breath Work and Yoga Nidra
As winter settles in, give yourself the gift of deep rest and renewal. This 2-hour workshop combines gentle, prop-supported restorative yoga with breathwork (pranayama) and a guided yoga nidra meditation, often called yogic sleep. Together, these practices help you release tension, calm the nervous system, and cultivate inner stillness.
We’ll begin with calming breath exercises, move through long-held restorative postures, and finish with a full yoga nidra practice for deep relaxation.
