Join us for a heart-opening partner yoga experience! Bring a spouse, partner, best friend, family member—anyone you’d love to move and connect with. This vinyasa-style class features playful, accessible postures that are sure to bring you laughter, joy, and meaningful connection.
Together, you’ll explore partner poses that focus on balance, counter-balance, strength, and stretching—while also building trust, communication, and teamwork. We’ll wind down with relaxing restorative poses to help you feel grounded, refreshed, and ready for the weekend ahead.
The class is priced for a pair. Please have your guest make an account and sign a waiver before coming or they can do it upon arrival 🙏
The room will be non-heated. No yoga experience necessary. All levels welcome!

Mid-Winter Reset through Restorative Yoga, Breath Work and Yoga Nidra
As winter settles in, give yourself the gift of deep rest and renewal. This 2-hour workshop combines gentle, prop-supported restorative yoga with breathwork (pranayama) and a guided yoga nidra meditation, often called yogic sleep. Together, these practices help you release tension, calm the nervous system, and cultivate inner stillness.
We’ll begin with calming breath exercises, move through long-held restorative postures, and finish with a full yoga nidra practice for deep relaxation.
A yoga bolster and block is provided. Please bring a yoga mat and two blankets or towels (highly recommended for comfort during extended rest).

Join Rachna Tewari for an inspiring journey into the basics of Ayurveda. Together we’ll explore the subtle energies of the body, the natural rhythm of the seasons, and the beauty of personalized wellness—so you can start bringing these timeless principles into everyday life.
What you’ll learn:
• The Foundations: Explore the elemental principles, Tridosha theory, and the 20 attributes (Gunas).
• The Internal Fire: Learn about Agni (digestive fire) and how it supports overall health and vitality.
• The Art of Ritual: Discover simple ways to integrate Dinacharya and Ritucharya (daily, nightly, and seasonal self-care).
• Yoga for the Doshas: Learn how to tailor yoga practices to help balance Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.

2 Day ‐ 6 Hour Yin Yoga Continuing Education
Join Emily de Labry for an in-depth workshop designed to deepen your understanding of Yin Yoga, its roots, and as a practice.
Throughout the workshop you will explore:
- An introduction to Yin Yoga, including its philosophy, history, and key principles
- The energetic foundations of Yin Yoga, including Meridian Theory and chakra balancing
- Detailed breakdowns of common Yin Yoga poses, including variations and contraindications
- How to work with students of different abilities through the use of props and modifications
- Thoughtful sequencing ideas and how to structure a Yin class from opening to closing
- Calming breathing techniques to support the nervous system and deepen the Yin experience
Notebook and pen are recommended for notes and personal reflection.
This workshop is open to anyone interested in Yin Yoga. For certified yoga teachers, this workshop may count toward continuing education hours. If you are not a graduate of a yoga teacher training program, this workshop is for personal enrichment only and does not prepare you to teach or hold space for others
