Studio Etiquette + Policies

Thank you for being part of the Threaded Elements & Hot on Bank Yoga community. To help create a consistent, respectful, and supportive environment for all, please review and honor the following guidelines:

🤍 The studio opens 15 - 20 min before class. If the door is locked, we are still preparing for you

🤍Please sign up in advance to reserve your spot and let us know you’re coming. Walk-ins will be asked to register on their own device.

🤍If you have a question about your pass or membership, please email Meghan@hotonbank.com. The front desk will not be able to help.

🤍 Classes with no registrations 1 hour prior to start time may be cancelled.

🤍 Need to cancel? No worries — just do so at least 1 hour before class to avoid any fees and keep your pass.

🤍All workshops have limited space, and refunds are not issued if you are no longer able to attend. This will be noted at check out

🤍 If we need to cancel due to weather or other reasons, we’ll notify you at least 1 hour before class.

🤍 All bookings and cancellations must be made through the website or OfferingTree app. Calls or emails are not accepted for class cancellations.

🤍Purchase your mat and Towel Rentals in advance with your class pass purchase for a $2 discount

🤍 If you're feeling unwell, please stay home

🤍 Upon arrival, store your belongings and head into the studio to settle in. This helps us greet others as they arrive.

🤍 Doors lock at the start of class for everyone’s safety and peace of mind and will not be re-opened. Please be on time

🤍Please keep the practice space technology free. Silence phones and watches before class; if you’re on call or expecting an urgent message, keep your device silent and step out quietly if needed. Messaging, scrolling, or other active phone use during class isn’t part of our studio culture.

🤍We honor Savasana as an essential part of the practice and a shared moment of quiet for everyone in the room. Please plan your time so you can stay through the final rest.

🤍 All purchases are final. Discounted packages and new student offers have set expiration dates and cannot be extended.

🤍 No sandy mats or towels in the studio. A $20 cleaning fee applies if this policy is not respected.

🤍 We may occasionally take photos or videos during class. If you'd prefer not to be included, just let us know — we respect your privacy.
