Reconnect with your body, breath, and mind through this grounding and balanced Traditional Hatha Yoga class. Rooted in classical yogic practices, this class emphasizes mindful movement, breath awareness (pranayama), and foundational postures (asanas) to promote strength, flexibility, and inner calm.

Each session begins with centering and breathwork, followed by a sequence of steady poses held with intention and alignment. The pace is slow and meditative, allowing time to explore each posture fully and cultivate body awareness. The class closes with deep relaxation (savasana) to integrate the practice.

Ideal for all levels, including beginners, this class provides a supportive space to build a strong and sustainable yoga foundation.
