🌸 Prenatal Yoga

A nurturing class designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy. This practice combines gentle movement, breath awareness, and mindful rest to help ease common discomforts, build strength safely, and cultivate a deeper connection with your changing body and growing baby.

Each session includes:

Safe, guided postures to release tension in the hips, back, and shoulders.

Breath practices to calm the nervous system and prepare for labor.

Pelvic floor awareness to build stability and support postpartum recovery.

Relaxation techniques to reduce stress and promote restful sleep.


Whether you are brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you’ll find a supportive community and space to honor your pregnancy journey.

Open to all trimesters. No prior yoga experience required.

We encourage all students to consult with their physician before beginning a prenatal yoga practice.
