We will safely move through 108 Sun Salutations. Modifying when needed and stopping after every 10 Salutations.

This is a very moving event, full of pride and strength within yourself and surrounded by community strengtg and encouragement.

After completing your Sun Salutations, you'll make a Sun Catcher, that will not only denote the completion of each set of Salutations, but can hang in a window to remind yourself of all of the rebirths of your lifetime, that have brought you proud-fully, to where you are today🌈❤️
